Who is responsible
The Clarity Practice
Jeanne Richterich

jeanne@theclaritypractice.ch
I am the controller of any personal data collected through this website, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What this notice covers
This notice covers the website only. Personal data collected during coaching itself is covered by a separate confidentiality and disclosure agreement, which you receive before the first session.
What I collect
Only what you send me through the contact form: your name, your email address, whether you are a girl, a parent or a school, and your message.
I don't use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies. I don't build profiles of visitors.
Why I collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange coaching. That's the only purpose.
The legal basis is your consent when you choose to write to me, and, where a coaching relationship follows, the performance of that arrangement.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are transmitted by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which passes the message to my email inbox. Web3Forms does not store submission content. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
The site is hosted by Lovable, whose servers are located in Cloudflare's global edge network. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, may be generated as part of hosting.
My email is provided by Google Workspace.
Nobody else. I don't sell data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
If you are under 16
If you're under 16 and want to get in touch, that's fine, and you don't need permission to send me a message. But I will need a parent or guardian's written consent before any coaching begins, and I'll ask for it before we arrange anything.
If a parent or guardian would like a message from someone under 16 deleted, write to me and I'll delete it.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to coaching are deleted within twelve months.
If a coaching relationship begins, records are kept for as long as necessary and then in line with Swiss retention obligations. Session content is covered by the separate confidentiality agreement, not by this notice.
Your rights
You can ask me to tell you what data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable form. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to jeanne@theclaritypractice.ch and I'll respond within thirty days.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch) in Switzerland, or to your national supervisory authority in the EU.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Enquiries are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but I keep what I hold to a minimum, which is the most effective protection available.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
