How it works
What coaching with me looks like.
Why it works, what happens in a session, and what it adds up to.
THE IDEA
Intuition is a muscle.
It isn't a gift some girls are born with. It's a signal you either practice reading or slowly stop hearing.
Most girls never get to practice either part: noticing it in the first place, and then actually listening to it. There's always a comment, a group chat, a hundred accounts with an opinion about who you should be by Tuesday. So you learn to check outside first. And it works, mostly, until you're twenty-five with a life that fits perfectly and doesn't feel like yours.
Muscles respond fast when you actually use them. That's the whole basis of this.
WHY NOW
You're expected to decide
before you know who's deciding.
Nobody really says that out loud. The choices that shape what comes next get made when you know the least about yourself you ever will: while you're still trying on personalities, and being liked matters more than almost anything.
The order is backwards.
HOW IT USUALLY GOES
THE OTHER WAY ROUND
That isn't a reason to panic. Almost nothing decided at your age is permanent. It's a reason to start while the decisions are still ahead of you.
Like any skill, it's far easier to build young. And it's one you keep, shaping every decision after this one and making them actually yours.
So here's how it works.
Inside a session
What actually happens in the hour.
Every session has the same shape, whether we're talking about a fight with a friend or what to study.
One.
We agree on what you want from today.
You bring whatever's on your mind, or just start talking about what's going on. Then we narrow it down together.
Two.
We explore it.
You talk, and I ask the questions that come out of what you've just said. Some clarify, some gently challenge, and sometimes I reflect something back so you hear it differently. Usually we end up uncovering what your instinct already knew. And sometimes what you came in with turns out to be sitting on top of something else. Then we follow that instead.
Three.
You leave with a next step.
We come back to what you wanted at the start and check whether you got there. Then we work out what you'll do with it, what might get in the way, and what would help you follow through.
One session is one repetition. Here's what they add up to.
Over the months
How the muscle gets built.
The questions we work on change as we go, roughly in this order. It's a guide, not a program: if something big is in front of you right now, we start there.
01
First sessions
Who am I now?
Whether the things you chose at seven, the hobbies, the friends, still fit who you are. And whether something fell away that you'd like back, because it was always you.
If something feels off and you can't name it, we often start with a short questionnaire about your strengths. It isn't a test, and the parts you disagree with are usually where the real conversation begins.
02
As we go
Does this feel like me?
Small, everyday choices, made from that foundation. Which plans to say yes to, how to spend a free afternoon. The more you practice, the less each one takes out of you, and the less there is to be overwhelmed by.
03
Once that's clearer
What do I want?
With a clear sense of who you are, the big decisions get easier: what to study, whether to stay with him, where in the world you'd like to live.
04
Later on
How do I want to show up?
In your friendships, your family, and the world. So the path you choose has a reason behind it, instead of just floating along with everyone else.
The practical part
Two free sessions. Then you decide whether to continue. No card, no commitment.
In person if we can. The first session, where possible. After that, online.
Your pace. Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.
Stop anytime. You don't have to explain why.
You already have the answers.
You just don't know how to get to them yet,
and that's something you can practice.
