THE PROBLEM

Something's off and
you can't quite name it.

Maybe you're overwhelmed and you couldn't say by what. Maybe your head is so full that what you'd actually like is someone to help you sort through it.

Maybe you're trying to work out who you are, or what you want, and every time you get close to an answer it slides away.

Maybe there's something specific you're in the middle of and can't find your own way out of.

Or maybe you've circled the idea of therapy and it never felt like the right size. Not because nothing's going on. Just because it isn't that.

Underneath most of it is the same thing. So many opinions have come at you for so long that your own has gone quiet. Not gone. Just harder to hear than everyone else's.

Which is why choosing which photo to post can take an hour and a decision about next year can take months, and even once you've made it you're not sure it was the right one. Small things and big things stall in the same place, because you can't tell which opinions are truly yours and which ones you've absorbed from other people along the way.

You can't decide because you can't tell which part is you.

THE IDEA

Intuition is a muscle.

It isn't a gift some girls are born with. It's a signal you either practice reading or slowly stop hearing.

Most girls never get to practice. There's always a comment, a group chat, a hundred accounts with an opinion about who you should be by Tuesday. So you learn to check outside first. And it works, mostly, until you're twenty-five with a life that fits perfectly and doesn't feel like yours.

Muscles respond fast when you actually use them. That's the whole basis of this.

WHAT WE WORK ON

What to study, and where. Whether to stay with him. What to do when you have no idea what you want next.

The big ones. I'm there for those.

But most of the work happens lower down. The message you've drafted four times. The plan you said yes to and don't want to go to. Saying what you actually think when everyone's already agreed.

That's where the muscle gets built. Every time you notice what you want and act on it, the signal gets easier to hear. So when something big arrives, you're not guessing. You've done this before.

WHY NOW

You're expected to decide
before you know who's deciding.

Nobody really says that out loud. The choices that shape a great deal of what follows get made at the age when you have the least information about yourself you will ever have, when you're still trying on personalities to see which one fits and being liked matters more than almost anything. Then you hope it was the right call, or you spend your twenties, and sometimes longer, undoing it.

The order is backwards. Knowing what you want isn't something you arrive at after the big decisions. It's the thing that makes them possible, and it's what lets the small ones stop taking so much out of you.

That isn't a reason to panic. Almost nothing decided at your age is permanent. It's a reason to start while the decisions are still ahead of you, rather than working backward from a life you've already built.

Like any skill, it's far easier to build young. And it's one you keep. It will shape the decisions you make for the rest of your life, and it's what makes them actually yours.

HOW IT WORKS

Two free sessions,
then you decide.

One. We meet.

No card, no commitment. Where we can, the first one is in person, because it's easier to get a sense of each other in a room.

Two. We find the starting point.

If there's something specific you want to talk about, we start there. If it's more that something feels off and you can't name it, we start with a short questionnaire about your strengths and go through it together. It isn't a test and it doesn't tell you who you are. The parts you disagree with are usually where the real conversation begins.

Three. Something clicks, and you do something with it.

Most sessions turn on one thing. When it happens, we work out what you want to do about it before you leave, and I'll ask you how it went next time. That's the only homework there is, and you're the one who sets it.

Four. You keep going, or you don't.

You set the pace. Weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. You can stop whenever you want, and you don't have to explain why.

ABOUT

I trained for this.
I also lived it.

I'm Jeanne. I'm an ICF-certified coach: accredited training, supervised practice, examinations, and a code of ethics I'm held to. Before this I studied law, then psychology at graduate level.

I work only with girls aged 14 to 18, on decision-making and self-trust. Narrow on purpose.

As for why this and not something else: I made every significant decision of my late teens carefully, with good information about everything except myself, and it took until my mid-twenties to notice. Nobody was doing this work with girls then.

That isn't my qualification. The training is. But it's why I know first-hand how it feels, and why I wish someone had been doing this for me at fifteen.

WHERE

Online, and in person
where we can.

Sessions are usually online. Where we can, I like to do the first one in person, because it's easier to get a sense of each other in a room. After that online works just as well, and often better. A lot of girls say more from their own bedroom than they would across a table from me.

I'm between Zurich and Athens, and I run talks and workshops in schools in both.

WHAT IT COSTS

The first two are free.

Sessions are 60 minutes. No card, no commitment. This is how you find out whether it's for you.

After that it's a block of six sessions, or a monthly arrangement if you keep going. The full breakdown is on the page for parents, since they're usually the ones paying.
